WAY 1: BYPASS WINDOWS 7 LOGIN PASSWORD IN LAUNCH STARTUP REPAIR
Alternatively, you can also try to force Windows to launch startup recovery by turning on your computer and when you see the Windows loading screen, hold down the power button for four seconds to turn it off.
Next time you start it up, Windows should offer a boot menu with an option: Launch Startup Repair.
Step 1: Restart your Windows 7 computer and hold on pressing Power Button after seeing "Starting Windows" to turn off your pc,
Step 2: Restart your computer and Choose "Launch Startup Repair (Recommended)" in the coming screen and press Enter.
Step 3: You will see Startup Repair window and wait several minutes for a new window to pop up and click "View problem details".
Step 4: Scroll down and click on "X:\windows\system32\en-US\erofflps.txt"
Step 5: Click on "File > Open" and choose Computer then go to "Local Disk (D:) > Windows > System32" .
Step 6: Go to Files of type and choose All Files.
Step 7: Search for "Utilman" and replace it with "Utilman0" then "cmd" to "Utilman"
Step 8: Restart your computer and in User Login Screen click on "Ease of access icon".
Step 9: In pop-up command prompt window, type "net user" and hit "Enter". Then all Windows 7 user accounts would be listed in the window. Just find the login user which ever appeared again and again on Windows 7 login screen.
Step 10: For example, if the login user is "HP", just need to type command "net user HP *" in command prompt window and press Enter button three times. Then Windows 7 login user password would be removed. Restart computer normally and you could bypass Windows 7 login password to sign in.
WAY 2: BYPASS WINDOWS 7 ADMIN PASSWORD WITH BOOTABLE USB DRIVE
If you can find a Windows DVD or bootable USB drive with Windows 7 on it, you might be able to use the command prompt to enable a disabled administrator account.
Step 1: Create USB Bootable with windows 7.
Step 2: Insert bootable USB flash drive into computer and Boot from it by pressing F9 (Boot Key Varies F10, F11, F12).
Step 3: In install Windows screen press "next" then "Repair your computer".
Step 4: Choose "Use recovery tools that can help fix problems starting Windows....." then press "Next".
Step 5: click on "Command Prompt" and In pop-up command prompt window, type "cd .." and hit Enter then type "cd windows" and hit "Enter" after that type "notepad.exe" and hit "Enter".
Step 6: Click on "File > Open" and choose Computer then go to "Local Disk (D:) > Windows > System32".
Step 7: Go to "Files of type" and choose "All Files".
Step 8: Search for "Utilman" and replace it with "Utilman0" then "cmd" to "Utilman".
Step 9: Restart your computer and in User Login Screen click on "Ease of access icon".

WAY 3: BYPASS WINDOWS 7 LOGIN PASSWORD IN SAFE MODE WITH CMD
In Windows 7 computer, there are 3 different types of safe modes to choose, Safe Mode, Safe Mode with Networking and Safe Mode with Command Prompt. In order to make full use of command prompt to bypass Windows 7 login password, please choose the third one.
Step 1: Restart your Windows 7 computer and hold on pressing F8 to enter Advanced Boot Options.
Step 2: Choose Safe Mode with Command Prompt in the coming screen and press Enter.
Step 3: In pop-up command prompt window, type "net user" and hit Enter. Then all Windows 7 user accounts would be listed in the window. Just find the login user which ever appeared again and again on Windows 7 login screen.
Step 4: For example, if the login user is "HP", just need to type command "net user HP *" in command prompt window and press Enter button three times. Then Windows 7 login user password would be removed. Restart computer normally and you could bypass Windows 7 login password to sign in.
EXTRA TIPS: HOW TO AVOID FORGETTING PASSWORDS EVER AGAIN
Here are some tips and tricks about how to advoid forgetting your Windows password:
- Employ the frequently used info to set the password, like your name, your birthday and other things.
- Write down your password on notebook or your phone. If you forget the login password, you can still find it on your notebook.
- Create a Windows password reset disk in advance. Once you can't remember what the login password is, it could help you out.
